Limbo is one of those games that says very little — yet somehow, it screams atmosphere. You play as a small boy wandering through a black-and-white world that feels like a dream gone wrong. There’s no dialogue, no narration, no explicit story. And yet, everything feels deliberate, from the eerie silence to the sudden, brutal deaths.
Mechanically, it’s a platformer with physics-based puzzles, but the real hook is the way it draws you in. It’s not just about getting to the end; it’s about feeling the world as you move through it. It’s minimalist but incredibly effective. I’d give it a strong 9/10 — especially if you like your games more on the poetic side.
